The company KAMI PROFIT, s.r.o. has successfully continued with the cooperation with the investor who it worked on the realisation project in the second phase for. It is an extension in the form of a third administration building with a relevant background and parking area in an underground carpark. A 6000m² area administrative object with a parking space for 90 cars in a double-storey underground carpark with an access to the existing traffic infrastructure and new utility network connections are being processed in the realisation project. The construction is located in the city of Košice with an excellent traffic access for its customers and employees who will be working in the object. Its purpose completes the zone in which it is located. The architecture is based on the surrounding area of the location and the existing object from the first two phases. It is simply and appropriately incorporated in the land on which the construction will be located and it practically completes the capacity of the location in compliance with the land-use plan of the zone. The ECO POINT objects are being processed from the materials and the used technology that meet the highest standards for the international certification LEED. The interior meets the highest standards concerning the quality of the ventilation and heating with minimal energy consumption. Modern lighting, air recovery, heat pump, gauge and regulation technology have been designed and used for the interior equipment.
