Toto podujatie bolo pre n\u00e1s jedine\u010dnou pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165ou nielen spozna\u0165 talentovan\u00fdch \u0161tudentov, ale aj zdie\u013ea\u0165 s nimi na\u0161e sk\u00fasenosti a perspekt\u00edvy zo sveta stavebn\u00e9ho priemyslu.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161i kolegovia boli akt\u00edvne zapojen\u00ed do r\u00f4znych podujat\u00ed, vr\u00e1tane predn\u00e1\u0161ok, workshopov a diskusi\u00ed, kde zdie\u013eali svoje sk\u00fasenosti, vedomosti a rady t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa ich vlastn\u00fdch profesn\u00fdch ciest.<\/p>\n<p>Okrem toho sme mali pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165 diskutova\u0165 o mo\u017enostiach pracovnej pr\u00edle\u017eitosti a st\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v na\u0161ej spolo\u010dnosti. Interakcia so \u0161tudentmi bola pre n\u00e1s ve\u013emi motivuj\u00faca, preto\u017ee sme videli ich z\u00e1ujem a t\u00fa\u017ebu sta\u0165 sa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou dynamick\u00e9ho sveta stavebn\u00e9ho priemyslu.<\/p>\n<p>Zapojenie na tomto kari\u00e9rnom dni nebol len sp\u00f4sobom, ako poskytn\u00fa\u0165 inform\u00e1cie, ale aj ako otvori\u0165 dvere pre bud\u00face talenty. Ak \u0161tudenti prejavili z\u00e1ujem o kari\u00e9ru v na\u0161ej firme, chceli by sme ich povzbudi\u0165, aby n\u00e1s nev\u00e1hali kontaktova\u0165.
