We expanded another kindergarten by completing a 2-story pavilion and also by adding a dining room.\r\nFrom the long-unused area, we created <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kami-profit.sk\/en\/references\/construction-of-the-strelkova-park\/\">a new Park on Strelkova Street<\/a> in Ra\u010da.\r\nFor investors, we completed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kami-profit.sk\/en\/references\/new-apartment-building-with-a-kindergarten-kysucke-nove-mesto-kamence-east\/\">the Kysucke Nov\u00e9 Mesto Apartment Building with Kindergarten<\/a>, where the development consists of three buildings.","_profile_content":"<div class=\"n4sEPd\">\r\n<div class=\"QFw9Te BLojaf\">&nbsp;<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"FFpbKc\">\r\n<div class=\"xMmqsf\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In 2023, we started construction of the Polyfunctional Complex project on Muchovo N\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed in Bratislava, where we will build a total of 103 residential units for the Capital City of Bratislava, which will serve as rental housing.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In the neighboring Czech Republic, in addition to smaller projects, we successfully renovated the Municipal House in \u0158ece, where a new roof superstructure and roof were implemented.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In addition, we completed the construction of the Primary School in Repi\u0161t\u011b.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">A challenge that represented a great opportunity for us was the Homolce Hospital project in Prague, where we reduced the energy intensity of one of the largest hospitals.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>"},{"_profile_year":"2024","_profile_title":"Growth, awards and significant projects","_profile_xcrpt":"In 2024, we expanded our presence in the Czech Republic by opening a new branch in Prague.\r\nWe celebrated 20 years of operation on the market and at the same time received the Building of the Year award for the Pavilion of High-Technology of Comenius University in Bratislava.
