The future of construction depends on people, their knowledge, determination, and willingness to drive progress forward. At KAMI PROFIT, we believe that supporting young talent and connecting academia with industry are key to the continued development of our sector. That is why our Prague team took part in the Career Day at the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU).

Meeting the Next Generation of Construction Professionals

The CTU Career Day was an excellent opportunity to meet students and graduates interested in construction, project management, and the delivery of construction projects.

Our KAMI PROFIT Prague team introduced students to the company, its activities, and the available career opportunities. During face-to-face conversations, we discussed job opportunities, gaining practical experience, and possibilities for professional growth.

We believe that direct contact with students helps bridge the gap between the theoretical knowledge acquired during their studies and the real-world demands of the construction industry.

Creating Opportunities for New Talent

At KAMI PROFIT, we recognise that every successful construction project depends on a strong team of skilled professionals.

That is why we are looking for motivated young people who are eager to learn, develop their skills, and contribute to exciting construction projects.

Whether you are a student, a recent graduate, or a professional at the beginning of your career, KAMI PROFIT can offer you opportunities for further development.

We offer the opportunity to discover construction in practice, learn from experienced professionals, and become part of a team delivering real-world projects.

Connecting Education with Practice

We see participation in career days and similar events as an important part of building relationships with the next generation of professionals.

Construction is a dynamic industry that brings new technologies, methods, and challenges. Young people, with their ideas, energy, and fresh perspectives, can make a significant contribution to its continued development.

Our goal is to create a working environment where the experience of long-standing professionals is combined with the enthusiasm and potential of the next generation.

Couldn’t Meet Us at CTU? Join Our Team!

If you are interested in the construction industry, want to work on exciting projects, and are looking for an opportunity to launch or advance your career, we would love to meet you!

We might be looking for YOU!
