On 25 March, an important TREND conference dedicated to real estate and development took place, the main partner of which was the company KAMI PROFIT. This event was one of the most important professional forums in the field of real estate, where leading experts gathered to discuss current challenges and trends in the sector.
One of the most important parts of the conference was the first panel discussion on “What will the new construction law change”, where experts from both the public and private sector presented their views on the upcoming legislative changes. Among the panellists were representatives of the state administration, local government, construction institutions and the development sector, including the managing director of KAMI PROFIT, Milín Kaňušcák.This topic was particularly topical, because from 1 April the new Building Act comes into force, which will fundamentally affect the processes in the construction industry, permit procedures and in the overall urban planning.
According to the wording of the new Construction Act, significant changes are expected in the field of simplification of permitting processes, speeding up construction and digitalization of the entire process. The discussion therefore focused on the practical implications of the new legislation, its benefits, as well as possible challenges that may affect developers and investors.
KAMI PROFIT has long supported innovative solutions in construction and real estate development, actively participating in professional discussions and initiatives that shape the future of the sector. Participation in the TREND conference was proof of its commitment to contribute to the improvement of the business environment and the development of quality and sustainable construction in Slovakia.
