Description of activity: We are carrying out a complete reconstruction on this building, which includes demolition work on partitions and floors, excavation of the building with external and internal wall insulation, undercutting of masonry with the insertion of metal sheets, and the construction of new partitions. The work includes plastering walls and ceilings, new floors, tiling, as well as ventilation, electrical installations (high and low voltage), central heating and sanitary facilities. The project also includes the installation of a new freight elevator and replacement of windows.
