Description of activity:

Construction of a new municipal apartment building on the corner of Janského and Heyrovského streets in Olomouc. The building with 7 above-ground and 1 underground floors will provide 43 residential units, of which 29 are municipal rental apartments and 14 apartments intended for families with children in housing need. The project implemented for the city of Olomouc will contribute to the expansion of affordable housing in the city.
