Project description:

The project includes the complete demolition of the interior and façades, the extension of the existing foundation structures, and the construction of a new cast-in-place concrete extension serving as an emergency escape route. The works include the construction of reinforced concrete structures for façade columns, partitions and balconies, including new glazing.

The project also involves the addition of the 23rd and 24th above-ground floors, the foundation and construction of a new parking garage, the relocation of utility networks, and comprehensive landscaping and site works around the building.
