We have begun with the construction of apartments on the Ladislav Novomeský street in Brezno. The 4 storey block is going to contain 24 flats. The construction is going to be a combination of horizontal load-bearing steel reinforced concrete slab and vertical load-bearing wall structure made of bricks. There are going to be loggias with a metal railing on the southern side of the building. The object is going to be connected to all engineering supplying networks. There will be trees and grass areas planted in the surroundings.

The realization of the pilots was completed and then the water distribution, the sewage and the drainage sewerage under the object were made. After the concrete grating has begun concrete, the concrete slab is underneath waterproofing.

After finishing the masonry of the 1NP load-bearing walls, the shuttering of the ceiling and the reinforcement is now under way.
