KAMI PROFIT is looking for an equity partner to strengthen the company’s capital base by increasing capital and realizing the potential for development projects. In addition, it is possible to implement joint real estate projects within the framework of the partnership. It is possible to agree specific conditions.

KAMI PROFIT is one of the leading Slovak real estate development companies, which has been providing complete construction activities for building and infrastructure projects since 2005. EU countries. So far, we have implemented 330 projects worth more than 1 billion euros of managed investments. Our advantage is the successful search, analysis and development of premium projects that guarantee an optional return-to-risk ratio.

The company provides professional services in the field of investment development, mainly project management from the acquisition of land, through case studies, the processing of permits for the construction itself and handing over the project for use by the end customer. We build and rely on high-quality professionals who have passed professional competence tests for selected activities in the field of development, specializing in investment, project and implementation activities.

The most important investments 

▪ Type of investment: Investment in development projects in Slovakia and Europe                                        ▪ Minimum investment: Usually 3 mil. EUR/5 million/10 million EUR (separate SPV for each project with an individually agreed investment amount)                                                                                                          ▪ Bank financing: Typically 30% of the investors’ own capital and 70% of the bank loan ▪ Preferred project financing: equity partnership loans, bond issues, etc.                                                                                      ▪ Average investment period: 24/36/48 months                                                                                              ▪ Average return on investment: 22%-27% (ROI)                                                                                              ▪ Average return on equity: 110%-130% (ROE)

Milín is the OWNER and manager of KAMI PROFIT s.r.o., he brings experience from previous work at JV Salini Impregilo – Duha as, the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Regional Development of the Slovak Republic and Ahold. With a robust skill set that includes contract management, construction management, project management, project planning, the budget process and more, Milín contributes valuable industry insights.
