Description of activity: Multifunctional building 505 – Complete reconstruction, layout change, creation of space for a clinic, accommodation facilities for seniors, and residential units.

Multifunctional building 504 – Partial reconstruction (change of layout of one floor for accommodation facilities for seniors, replacement of stair treads on other floors).

For both buildings, we are designing a new facade combining ETICS + ventilated facade, new balconies, replacement of elevators, and a new roof.
