Description of activity: The project involves the construction of a detached apartment building with a total of 48 residential units (24 × 1-room, 24 × 2-room) with 7 floors (including one underground). Each apartment is equipped with its own storage room. The project includes an underground garage, outdoor parking spaces, and a newly built public parking lot with a capacity of 51 spaces. The project is complemented by a children’s playground and a modern urban design with complete civic amenities in the vicinity and excellent transport connections.
