Activity description: During STAGE 1, the interior spaces in buildings A and B will be reconstructed. This involves the demolition of existing housing cores, plastering, dismantling of existing floors and other associated dismantling and demolition work. After the completion of the demolition work, ZTI distributions will be adjusted, plastering and final surfaces will be repaired. Stage 1 should be completed within 46 weeks from the handover and takeover of the construction site.
After the completion of stage 1 and approval, the user will have 3 months to move those accommodated in wing C to the new renovated wing. After the residents and workers have moved in, the same work will begin on wing C (stage 2), which takes 65 weeks.
All construction work takes place during the operation of the nursing home. This means time restrictions for carrying out work with a strict ban on carrying out work on weekends and holidays.
