The floor coverings, walls, and ceilings will be replaced, the layout of the rooms will be modified, and the social facilities will be modernized, including their equipment and furnishings.
Outside, the original double-layer roof structure will be removed and replaced with a new single-layer structure with increased thermal insulation thickness. All window and door fillings will be completely replaced on the buildings, which will be insulated with a 200 mm thick mineral wool contact insulation system, and a new facade will be installed along with a gutter walkway. The loggias located on each floor above the entrance to building B will also be completely renovated.
