Description of activity: The project includes the complete demolition of the original building and the subsequent construction of a new building with a modern architectural concept. The delivery includes not only the construction itself, but also the complete interior furnishings and equipment of the building, which will ensure its full and immediate use. Special emphasis is placed on energy efficiency – therefore, the contract also includes the supply and installation of a photovoltaic system, which will reduce operating costs and make the building more environmentally friendly.
