Description of activities: The reconstruction of storage and office space in Ostrava – Poruba includes the comprehensive renovation of a single-story building located in a light industrial area in the southern part of the city. The project focuses mainly on the reconstruction of the interior, modernization of the heating system, replacement of electrical wiring, and renovation of the facade, including the replacement of windows and industrial gates, with the aim of achieving higher energy efficiency. The renovation also includes the modification of the layout of the administrative premises, which will enable the creation of new workplaces, a meeting room, and modern social facilities. In addition, a new sewer connection is being installed outside.
