Description of activity: Renovation of storage and office premises in Ostrava – Porub. It is a reconstruction of a one-story building located in a built-up area of ​​light industry in the southern part of the city of Ostrava-Poruba. It mainly involves the reconstruction of the interior, changing the heating method, replacing the electrical installation, renewing the facade, including the replacement of windows and industrial doors, primarily to achieve higher energy savings. The reconstruction will also change the layout of the rooms in the administrative part, mainly to create new workplaces, a meeting room and a new social environment. As part of the exterior, the realization of a new sewage connection is being solved.
