Description of activity: The first phase of the new Muchovo námestie multifunctional complex in Petržalka consists of an apartment building with 103 apartments on 8 floors with a total usable area of 5,030 m². The complex has an angular floor plan and a flat roof designed as a terrace.
The complex is divided into two expansion units – SO 01 and SO 02. Of the total number of apartments, 52 are intended for rental housing for city police officers, caregivers, firefighters, and other selected professions, and 51 are intended as replacement rental apartments.
The community center and civic amenities face Muchovo námestie Street. The architectural and urban design was conceived to create a public space with as much greenery and civic amenities as possible, suitable for organizing events.
