Description of works: The construction of a multistorey parking in Rastislavova street will increase the quality of parking of the nearby residential houses. The basic purpose is a reconstruction and a storey addition of the existing parking, there will be new parking slots for static traffic over the existing asphalt area. The new object will increase the current parking capacity of 121 to 191. The project counts with 8 places for the disabled, from the total number of 191 places. 4 slots will be reserved for electric cars with a charging station for 4 cars. We are at the same time adjusting the electric connection of the object. From an architectural point of view, the object is made of striking, functional, simple materials, mostly consisting of steel reinforced prefabricated construction parts – pillars, beams, ceiling panels, circumference parapet concrete panels, steel parting elements and railings, steel galvanized staircase etc. The construction represents two functional floors of open public parking, where the upper floor serves as a roof for the lower parking. The upper parking remains roofless. The exit two-lane barrier will be equipped with heated thermo cables in the floor layer.
