Description of works:
The proposed development consists of three buildings, an apartment building with a kindergarten D14.1, an apartment building D15.1 and an apartment building D16.1, access roads, parking lots and landscaping.
APARTMENT BUILDING WITH KINDERGARTEN D14.1
It is a non-basement eight-storey building with a flat roof. On the ground floor, common areas are proposed together with areas for a kindergarten, and on the other floors there are residential areas. The last eighth floor, compared to the regular floor, is only on a part of the floor area and the rest is an accessible walking terrace. The flat roof above the 8th floor and above the 1st floor in the indented part is considered as an impassable / inaccessible green extensive roof. The roof area above the 7th floor serving as terraces is considered to be an accessible roof with an intense green roof.
