The given construction is a part of a multifunctional complex Rudiny II Žilina. The object consists of a single-storey, prefabricated reinforced concrete frame that rests on reinforced concrete monolithic piles. The building is sheathed with a sandwich panel facade and there is a glass front facade. Roads and parking lots for customers are also a part of the object. There will be 5 individual shops with an area of 3400m² in the object.
