Description of work: The project includes thermal insulation of the building envelope with the necessary replacement of windows, including the original aluminum ones from 1986, and the addition of exterior shading with blinds. It also includes the replacement of plumbing and metalwork elements, exterior window sills and paving on balconies, including rainwater drains. A new heat recovery system with the relevant electrical installation, the installation of photovoltaic panels connected to the electricity grid and the replacement of old light fixtures with new LED ones are proposed. The project also includes the addition of a fourth floor. The primary goal is to increase energy efficiency, save operating costs, and increase the capacity of the building.
