Description of works:

The project deals with maintenance works and a modernisation of the existing building and with a change of the advert and design elements. It covers a layout adjustment, a new facade, new cladding and sanitation, a new paint, a furniture change, new paving and new ceilings. There will also be an extension of the shop in the form of a building made of rolled steel profiles.
