Description of work:

The family villa is located at the foot of the mountain Pic Notre-Dame, near the small town of Théoule-sur-Mer, on the French Riviera. The object of the family villa is under reconstruction. There will be new distribution networks for water, sewerage, wiring, heating, as well as new wall plastering, a new facade, new opening fillings, paving and a new interior. The way of the reconstruction and the surface finish of the walls and facade have to follow strict criteria for keeping the traditional Provence buildings.
