KAMI PROFIT – Ostrava branch successfully completed and handed over the project “New Construction of Villa-Style Apartment Buildings in Sviadnov” on October 28, 2026. The investor was FERRMON, spol. s r. o.

The project involved the comprehensive construction of two apartment buildings, designated SO 01 and SO 02, including parking areas, technical infrastructure, and associated structures.

The project included all construction works, coordination of individual trades, and procurement of the necessary supplies and materials. The construction also involved the development of related infrastructure, including paved areas and technical facilities.

Construction work began in September 2025, and the project was handed over to the investor at the end of October 2026.
