Apartment house Villa Balneo is a house completing the concept of family houses on Vazska street in Piešťany, which is situated in a quiet environment, in the southern part of Piešťany, in an area without heavy traffic, close to the river Váh. The house is only 750 m away from the Colonnade Bridge. Kúpeľnový park is a 4-minute drive or a 9-minute walk away. It is located near the city centre and near the AUPARK Shopping Center. The location of the house is also interesting due to the recreational and sporting opportunities in the area. The city has a lot of sports facilities. Water sports such as canoeing, rowing or yachting are also possible on a lake nearby. There are also a number of hiking trails nearby as well as a cyclotron.

Project details

Villa Balneo consists of the 1st floor and attic. There are 4 dwelling units and a commercial unit. On the ground floor there is a commercial unit for sale or rent, one two-bedroom apartment for sale and in the attic three apartments. At the request of buyers, it is possible uring the construction to connect the apartments into one or change their layout. The apartments are orientated to the south side (to Váh) and one apartment in the attic to the north.

The construction schedule is scheduled as follows: Construction commenced at the beginning of 2015. The construction will be completed in May 2015.
