A brief characteristics of a construction
Bourgeois houses are situated on the Alzbetina street 5 and 7, district Košice – Old town.
In the new state were made construction repairs of insurance company spaces on the first floor, house number 7. Project was solving interior tiles, removing windowsills, exchange lamps, sockets, new distrubution of data site, new glazing wall between a landed area and a hall of the insurance company and a construction of two toilets for the employees in the room, where was originally only one toilet. Furthemore the kitchen for employees on the first floor was reconstructed,so that it creates a kitchen unit with a sink, a microwave and a fridge. Moreover there is a new furniture in the reconstructed areas.
Closed rooms have their own climatisation and they are also ventilated. In the entrance part above the main entry on the Alzebtina street is an air lock. New toilets and a kitchen unit with sink are connected to the already existing interior water line and an interior canalisation. The ceramic tiles are changed and the sanitary equipment are exchanged. In areas of branch offices is a floor heating added.
