Apartment houses Barbora in Poprad under construction

The developer KAMI-PROFIT, s.r.o. is building apartment blocks in Poprad part Juh IV – Merťuky. The project Barbora is designed for people who prefer the comfort of a city life style along with all the services while beautiful nature being within their grasp. There will be 4-room, 3-room, 2-room and one-room flats in the two seven storey blocks. A comfortable parking in underground garages or outside the object is also a part, as well as a children’s playground, a relax- and sports area, a lawn area and a garden. The nice housing feeling will be enhanced by the unique view of the High Tatra moutains. The final inspection is scheduled for the end of 2021.

There are three elementary schools and five kindergartens, a cycling trail in the area, a bus stop is just a minute walk away from the apartment houses. There are the shopping centres MAX and FORUM, the stores Kaufland and Lidl and a sports arena nearby.
